Why it works
A fixed white icon anchors the frame while photo cards fill the orange perimeter by about 0:02.5. Five internal changes lead from crowded stacks to roughly six checked keeps by 0:09, then a long clean-state hold gives the result time to register. The staged opacity purge and constant center anchor can transfer to other sorting or curation products.
