Why it works
The wordmark is readable from 0:00 while the first tiny keepsakes enter around 1.2 seconds, giving the eye a stable center. Nine measured internal changes build a themed border from 3.6 to 12.0 seconds without a cut, and the dense tableau holds until a pale wash at 17.6 seconds. The edge-first placement and soft pastel system are both reusable for another brand.
