Why it works
The opening frame establishes a fixed visual map of six icons, a central orb, and a progress line; amber particles then give the left-to-centre movement direction by 0.5 seconds. By 3 seconds the orb is warm, while at 6–9 seconds the right cluster and orb shift toward cyan, making a transformation readable without speech or text. The navy background keeps those state colours legible at small header size.
