Why it works
The first frame shows the core decision data: a large wave height, suitability badge, and time window. In one fixed card, the main reading rises from 0.6 m at 0:00 to 1.2 m by 0:10 while the badge and background turn green/turquoise; at 0:14.5, a higher 1.3 m reading comes with stronger wind and a worse orange rating. That coordinated data-and-colour arc makes the tradeoff understandable without speech or cuts.
