Why it works
The product identity and action are visible at frame 0, while the single 359-frame shot keeps the device and listing fixed. Local banner motion refreshes the picture without cuts, and the measured mean luma stays near 0.91 for legibility.
Blueprint
15 plates that take the film apart, from its format to a recipe you can run. Claude reads the same plates over MCP.
Plate 01
The format in one breath
A centered device shows a recognizable product listing immediately. Only its clipped feature banner rearranges; the stable listing makes the motion read as a product promise.
Why it works (inferred): The product identity and action are visible at frame 0. A single shot holds the viewing frame for 359 frames while the banner offers fresh shapes. The measured 0.91 mean luma keeps the small device legible against a bright field.

Frame sheets
Frame by frame
Stills taken at measured moments, each labelled with its time. Claude gets the same sheets over MCP.
Plate 03
The hook, frame by frame (first 3 seconds)
| Time | Picture | On-screen text | Words and sound | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.00 | Centered phone, banner already filled | Product listing | Silent | Establishes identity without a reveal |
| 0.50 | Banner tiles have rearranged | Listing unchanged | Silent | Confines motion to the feature zone |
| 1.50 | More tile motion inside same crop | Listing unchanged | Silent | Refreshes the pattern |
| 2.75 | A new banner arrangement | Listing unchanged | Silent | Sustains the loop |
Hook formula (inferred): complete {{PRODUCT}} listing + animated {{FEATURE}} banner. Why it holds: the product stays anchored while only the banner asks for attention.
Plate 04
Structure (beat sheet)
| # | Time (s) | Shots | Beat | What happens | Technique |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 0.00–5.98 | 1 | Product proof | A stable product listing surrounds a changing feature banner | One clipped animation inside a locked device |
Retention map (inferred): banner rearrangements supply the visual refresh; the product is the payoff from the start. The reference ends without a separate call to action or fade.
For agents: Shots
The measured data and build specs agents work from. Over MCP they get it all, with the full timeline as JSON.
Shots (measured)
One continuous shot, 5.98 s = 359 frames at 60 fps. Frames are at 60 fps, first and last inclusive: a shot "33–70 · 38 f" is a Remotion <Sequence from={33} durationInFrames={38}>; at another frame rate, use the seconds.
| # | in–out (s) | frames @60 (first–last · count) | dur (s) | transition in | scales (inferred) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 0.00–5.98 | 0–358 · 359 f | 5.98 | start | scales |
scales: fixed = keep this shot's length when the film gets longer or shorter · scales = stretch or shrink it with the length · optional = drop it for the 15 s cut.
Measurement notes: no audio track
Frame sheets (measured): shots, one labelled frame per shot (labels S<n> m:ss.s; + = just after a change inside the shot) · the full-length timeline, the whole film at fixed steps (labels S<n> m:ss.s f<frame>), 1 page: call get_frames('2117448342947209712'), or see them on the film page (Pro, or free films).
Plate 05
Shot grammar
Mix: one straight-on device composition. Rhythm: the camera holds; there are no cuts or continuous-shot boundaries.
Rules this editor follows (inferred): keep the device, icon, action and body copy registered to one coordinate system. Animate only tiles clipped to the upper banner.
For agents: Camera and motion · Transitions
The measured data and build specs agents work from. Over MCP they get it all, with the full timeline as JSON.
Camera and motion (measured)
Per shot, measured on the frames. "Camera move" names the camera's move; the numbers are the image's motion: pan in % of frame width (x) or height (y) per second, +x = content moves right (so a pan left), +y = content moves down; zoom per second > 1 = content grows (push in). "Over the shot" is the total, with px at 1080×1440. Speed is the move through the shot, about one character per 0.5 s (▁ still → █ its peak), then the peak in % of width per second. Cadence: "ones" = a new picture every frame, "twos" = each picture held two frames. Blur is relative to this film (0 = its sharpest shots, 1 = its blurriest); motion = share of the frame changing, 0–1. "?" = confidence under 0.5: a hint, check the sheets. The labels describe how the image moves, not where a 3D camera went: an object flying toward a still camera can read as a push in.
| # | camera move | pan x · y (%/s) | zoom (/s) | over the shot | ease | speed · peak | cadence | blur | motion | conf |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | static | +0.0 · +0.0 | ×1.000 | none | hold | ▂▃▁▂▂▁▂▃▁▁▅▂ · 1%/s | ones | 0.48 | 0.03 | 1.00 |
Focus (measured): shot 1: sharp inside 14 · 8 · 71 · 83, no defocus (deep focus). Box = x · y · w · h % of the frame. In 2D, blur the layers outside the box by that many px; in 3D, set the focus distance on the box and open the aperture until the background blur matches. Locked-off shots: 1 of 1. Animation cadence: a new picture every frame (on ones): 59.4 unique frames per second of 60 while things move (held-frame share 0.01, 86 moving frames). Match it, or the motion will feel smoother or choppier than the reference.
Transitions (measured)
One continuous shot: no cuts. Changes happen inside the shot (camera, light, layout).
What each shot shows (inferred from the sheets)
| # | Type | Framing | What's on screen | Text / overlay |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Device UI | Straight-on, centered, generous light margins | Phone and animated top banner | Product listing remains fixed |
Plate 06
Visual style guide
Look (inferred): bright near-white ground, thin dark device rim, shallow gray contact shadow, flat saturated artwork. Map the background and tile palette to {{BRAND_BG}} and {{BRAND_ACCENTS}}; the reference values are evidence in the measured table.
Graphics and overlays (inferred): make modular tiles with simple symbols, clip them below the device glass, and move tile groups independently. No full-frame transition. The reference has no end card; for a new version, a plain text {{LOGO}} plus {{CTA_URL}} can sit inside the listing's lower area during the final hold without replacing the shot.

Type (measured)
Sizes are cap height (the height of a capital letter) in px at the 1080p deliverable, 1080×1440. Font size ≈ cap ÷ 0.71 for a typical sans (Inter 0.73, Geist 0.71, SF Pro 0.70, Instrument Sans 0.72): check your own font's cap-height ratio. Cap heights are estimated from text-recognition boxes (median error about 11% on real text; text under about 13 px at 1080p and non-Latin scripts are not read). Box = x · y · w · h as % of the frame, from the top-left.

Left out: 3 reads that are not clean words or were seen in a single frame ("DEVI", "Utilities", "Apps"…): blurred, moving or partly hidden text the recognizer misread. They stay in the timeline JSON, not in the type scale.
Phone minimum: cap height ≥ 2% of frame width = 22 px at 1080×1440. Why: in a phone feed the film fills the screen width, about 390 pt, and 2% of that is 7.8 pt, the cap height of 11 pt text, Apple's smallest recommended text size. Words the viewer must read go at or above it; smaller text can only be decoration. Below it in the reference: "Tider Photo Cleaner" (17 px, shot 1), "Swipe to delete &…" (12 px, shot 1), "What's New >" (20 px, shot 1), "• New Tools tab:…" (12 px, shot 1), "and Design, all in…" (9 px, shot 1), "• Screenshot Stitch: merge…" (9 px, shot 1) and 10 more above. Size these up in your version, or treat them as decoration.
Type spec (inferred)
Assume cap height = 0.71 × font size. The reference's UI resembles a system sans; use {{BRAND_FONT}}, with Inter as a free fallback. The measured small levels are environmental detail; required words must be at least the 22 px phone minimum.

Palette by shot (measured)
Colours measured on the frames, with their share of the frame; luma 0 = black, 1 = white. These are the reference's brand colours: map them onto {{BRAND_BG}} and {{BRAND_ACCENTS}} by role (background, surface, accent), don't reuse them as the format. Neighbouring shots with the same palette share a row.

Material card (inferred)
:root { --brand-bg: {{BRAND_BG}}; --brand-accents: {{BRAND_ACCENTS}}; }
.canvas { background:var(--brand-bg); }
.phone { border:3px solid #292929; border-radius:46px; box-shadow:0 13px 26px rgba(0,0,0,.19), 0 2px 5px rgba(0,0,0,.22); overflow:hidden; }
.glass { background:#fff; border-radius:42px; }
.banner { overflow:hidden; isolation:isolate; }
.tile { border-radius:2px; background:var(--brand-accents); }
No 3D is needed: rim, glass and shadow are 2D CSS. Keep the entire device sharp; the measured focus region has no defocus. For 2D equivalence, use 0 px depth blur, 0 px bloom, and no vignette.
Plate 07
Voice and delivery
Measured: no speech and no audio track. Voice direction (inferred): none; the picture carries the message.
Plate 08
Sound design
Reference: silent throughout. There are no measured cues, tempo, sections or loudness. Inferred adaptation: keep silence by default. If a platform brief requires audio, make it subordinate to beat 1; use a gentle original bed without implying it was in the reference.
For agents: Sound grid · Original music bed
The measured data and build specs agents work from. Over MCP they get it all, with the full timeline as JSON.
Sound grid (measured)
No audio track: the reference plays silent. If your version needs sound, plate 8 says what fits; the platform loudness targets below still apply.
Loudness of the reference: not measured.
Loudness targets for your version (common practice per platform; the brief overrides them):
| where it plays | integrated | true peak max | note |
|---|---|---|---|
| YouTube | −14 LUFS | −1 dBTP | louder masters are turned down; quieter ones are not turned up |
| X, LinkedIn (this reference) | −14 LUFS | −1 dBTP | no published normalisation: the file plays as mastered |
| TikTok, Reels, Shorts | −14 to −10 LUFS | −1 dBTP | played on phone speakers; short-form is often mastered hotter |
| Website or app (autoplay) | −16 LUFS | −1 dBTP | often starts muted; keep the unmuted level comfortable |
| Broadcast (EBU R128) | −23 LUFS | −1 dBTP | only when the brief asks for it |
Original music bed (inferred)
Optional: 100 BPM in C major, chosen for a restrained loop because the reference has no steady pulse. Use soft plucked synth, low rounded bass, and very quiet paperlike ticks. In shot 1, begin on frame 0, let the tile motion breathe, and stop cleanly at the end; no frame-specific accents are evidenced. Music-model prompt: “Original six-second light electronic loop, 100 BPM, C major, soft plucks, muted bass, sparse tactile ticks, no vocals, clean ending.” Master to the platform target in plate 8.
Plate 09
Packaging
Title (inferred): {{PRODUCT}}: {{FEATURE}} in motion. Cover: use the complete frame at opening, with the product and banner both visible. Post copy: one sentence naming the update, followed by {{CTA_URL}} as text. Audience signals: the captured post had 41 views; there is no evidence of replay or comment behavior.
Plate 10
Script template
[beat 1 · shot 1 · picture-led; no spoken words]
Product name: {{PRODUCT}}
Listing proof: authentic {{UI_ASSETS}} that show {{FEATURE}}
Optional adapted final text: {{LOGO}} · {{CTA_URL}}
Keep required text at 22 px cap or larger. The smaller listing copy can remain texture. No captions or phrase timing are needed.
Plate 11
Production plan
Two routes (inferred)
Minimum: Claude alone. Remotion with CSS 3D perspective only if needed for the phone rim; build the whole film in code, including a synthesized optional music bed. Use actual {{UI_ASSETS}} supplied by the builder, or hand-code an honest listing for {{PRODUCT}}. This simplifies the device reflections and gives up a photographic bezel; it keeps the composition and banner motion.
Full: with the toolkit. Export genuine {{PRODUCT}} listing assets as PNG or SVG at 1080×1440. Remotion builds the device and banner at 60 fps, takes tile positions and camera constants from the timeline JSON, and renders H.264 MP4 at 1080×1440. If audio is requested, pass a 48 kHz WAV with a click track to the Remotion edit, then remove the click for export. There is no Blender handoff.
Asset honesty: use real product captures or your own UI rebuilt in code; if an asset is missing, label a type tile plainly. Never generate product UI, screenshots, metrics, reviews or results. Here, the product listing itself is the proof, so its name, icon and action must belong to {{PRODUCT}}.
Plate 12
Prompts
Script prompt (inferred)
Write one truthful product-name line and one concise feature line for {{PRODUCT}} showing {{FEATURE}}. Use {{BRAND_FONT}}, {{LOGO}}, and authentic {{UI_ASSETS}}. Keep essential words above the phone minimum. No narration or invented claims.
Motion prompt (inferred)
Build original geometric tiles in {{BRAND_ACCENTS}}. Animate only inside the device banner; preserve the phone and listing registration for beat 1, shot 1. Use continuous 60 fps motion and a clipped mask.
Plate 13
Edit recipe
How it's built (inferred)
Signature move: draw the full phone first, then a rounded glass mask and a banner mask inside it. Place a wider mosaic of original tiles under the banner mask. Keyframe tile groups individually from frame 0 to frame 358; keep their artwork fully inside the banner. The measured camera scale stays ×1.000 and pan stays zero (plate 5): motion belongs to the tiles, not the device. Sample positions on every frame (ones), use cubic-bezier(0.42,0,0.58,1) for travel and stagger group starts so the layout changes continuously. Use transform interpolation or 8 sub-frame samples per output frame with a 180° shutter if fast edges strobe. Do not blur the listing. The frame sheets show several tile arrangements, but the Timing facts report no picture change event; treat them as continuous local motion, not cuts or swaps. Keep the last frame bright and visible: the reference has no closing fade.
Gotchas: moving the whole screen makes the listing drift. Allowing tiles beyond the banner mask changes the silhouette. Repeating a branded symbol or palette makes the result read as the original product.
Build order
- Prepare authentic
{{UI_ASSETS}}and define all brand slots for beat 1, shot 1. - Compose a locked phone, listing, rim and shadow at the plate 6 boxes.
- Animate banner tiles on ones inside the mask; leave the measured camera fixed.
- Add optional text CTA inside the listing, and optional original bed only when requested.
- Render, inspect frames 0, 180 and 358, and run plate 14 checks.
Plate 14
QA checklist
- One shot only: 359 frames at 60 fps; no cuts or fade.
- Device camera pan is 0 and scale is ×1.000; motion is clipped to the banner.
- The product name and action are visible at frame 0.
- Required words have cap height ≥22 px at 1080×1440; smaller text is decorative.
- Frames 0, 180 and 358 show a stable listing and distinct banner arrangements.
- Silent export has no audio track; if audio is added, meet the plate 8 platform LUFS target and ≤−1 dBTP.
- All logo, UI, tile symbols, colours and copy belong to
{{PRODUCT}}.

What this film avoids (inferred): voiceover, stock footage, camera movement, cuts, extra cards, large feature lists, and audio in the reference.
Brand-distance warning (inferred): a black lowercase icon, the same bright tile symbols and the same listing copy together would evoke the reference. Change the tile language to a visual metaphor unique to {{FEATURE}}.
Adapt the aspect (inferred):
- 16:9: re-lay out the phone and listing; a center crop loses top and bottom UI boxes per plate 0. Move required copy into the central band, keep at least 38 px cap, and leave room for platform controls.
- 9:16: a center crop retains the measured boxes, but enlarge the phone and shift adapted CTA text clear of bottom controls; required cap height ≥22 px and keep a safe top and bottom margin for feed UI.
- 1:1: center crop retains the measured boxes; keep the device centered, shift adapted CTA above bottom platform chrome, and retain ≥22 px cap for required words.
Adapt the length (inferred):
- 15 s: keep beat 1 and its signature banner motion; add new original tile arrangements, then a concise CTA inside the existing device.
- 30 s: keep beat 1, add truthful feature examples in new continuous compositions, and end on the adapted text CTA.
- 60 s: build separate feature chapters from real
{{UI_ASSETS}}, each with a local banner motif; preserve the locked-phone grammar and give each new chapter a fresh proof point.
The creator's signature (don't copy): reference product name, icon, exact listing, tile symbols and palette. The transferable format: fixed device and listing around a continuous, clipped feature animation.

Recipe
One prompt that makes a film like this with Claude. Use the method; make the footage, words and brand your own.
Make a 5.98 s, 3:4 film for {{PRODUCT}} in the animated product-listing header format of 2117448342947209712. Use {{BRAND_FONT}}, {{BRAND_BG}}, {{BRAND_ACCENTS}}, {{LOGO}}, {{CTA_URL}}, {{FEATURE}}, and authentic {{UI_ASSETS}}. Load get_blueprint("2117448342947209712", format: "json") and follow its timing and camera data. Show a complete product listing from frame 0. In one continuous, wordless shot, animate original tiles only inside its clipped header. Keep the device fixed at zero pan and unit scale; sample tile motion on ones at 60 fps. Use {{BRAND_BG}} for the surround and {{BRAND_ACCENTS}} for the tiles. The reference is silent, so default to silence. If the brief requests music, synthesize a restrained original 100 BPM C-major bed; for X, master near −14 LUFS and below −1 dBTP. Render 1080×1440 H.264 MP4 at 60 fps in Remotion. The minimum route code-builds the listing and CSS rim in Remotion. Keep required words at least 22 px cap height. End with {{LOGO}} and {{CTA_URL}} as text inside the listing, without a separate card. Use real captures of {{PRODUCT}} or rebuild its UI honestly in code. Never generate fake product UI, screenshots or results, or copy the reference's colours, font, logo, symbols, slogans or music. No QR code or store badges unless asked.Films like this
