Why it works
The overhead bed and oversized hour hold through shot 1, making the interruption clear before the first cut at frame 75. Shots 8–10 compress manual effort into a rapid input-device burst, while shot 14 uses a focus loss at frame 694 and a ×1.41 reframe at frame 1017 to turn a calm setup into bedside proof. The continuous boundary at frame 1174 carries the worker back to rest before the final wide room.
