Why it works
The opening promise appears at 0:00 and survives five cuts in the first 3 seconds through scale, inversion and colour changes. At 0:05.8–0:08.6 the date shifts from an oversized repeated pattern to compact highlighted labels and a solo time card, making the event details memorable. A one-time switch to giant sans type around 0:09.4 creates a fresh reveal before the original dot-matrix motif returns for the ending.
