Why it works
Four subsidiary logos accumulate around the parent by 2.75 s, making the fragmented before state readable. At about 6.2 s, a sharp palette and layout switch introduces a new hierarchy; a connector appears by 7.5 s and three aligned sub-brands are visible by 11.2 s. The held parent mark links the two states without narration.
