Why it works
Tiny red glints in the first 3 seconds create an unresolved visual question, and a brighter partial outline at 0:03.8 renews attention without revealing the subject. The near-black frame at 0:07.5 makes the centered white word visible at 0:11.3 feel like a payoff. The sparse, single-shot design leaves the specific announcement details to the post copy.
