Why it works
The picture rises from black by about frame 15 and spends shots 2–3 making the viewer search a coherent empty route. A coloured threshold and dark interval delay the full destination until shot 8 at 82.29 s; the quicker artifact views then reward the search before shot 20 opens a new question at a closed door.
