Why it works
The 78-frame opening lets a complex illuminated silhouette register before shots 2–6 accelerate into 7–8-frame details. A second architectural form arrives at frame 200, while the 233-frame final shot clears the image into a readable announcement; the measured 10-new-pictures-per-second cadence makes the motion feel deliberately stepped.
