Why it works
The opening puts a working sprite editor over the fantasy setting, showing the tool and its possible payoff in one frame (0:00–0:03). Modal and export states at about 3.8 and 6.7 seconds create a simple process, and clearing the UI near 10 seconds lets the finished character occupy the forest for the final half. The silent, held reveal suits an App Store preview that may autoplay without sound.
