A Shopping Request Becomes a Completed Checkout
A silent 29-second UI demo turns a typed shopping request into a paid order, using one continuous pastel composition and a final receipt.
Field notes / why it works
The typed request develops specific constraints by 0:05, so the viewer understands what a useful result must satisfy. Ten interface changes sustain the 29-second flow without frequent cuts, and the checkout review at 0:19–0:20 is the strongest replay peak before the confirmed outcome appears around 0:24.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A single, specific request appears in a floating input on a soft pastel background. The video follows one item through search, selection, checkout, and confirmation, proving the product's value by showing a completed task rather than stating a feature claim. It is silent UI storytelling with a music bed.
Why it works
- The first 5 seconds make the task concrete through progressively typed constraints: a gift, its material, colour, and budget. The viewer can predict what a successful result would look like.
- The flow changes state about every 2–4 seconds despite only one cut in 29 seconds: 10 internal changes and 22.8 picture changes per minute keep a patient, premium rhythm.
- The checkout review at 0:19–0:20 is the strongest replay peak. It gives viewers the price, delivery, and payment decision before the confirmation at about 0:24.
