Why it works
The opening moves from a tiny mark to 197 px cap-height word cards by 2.5 s, making the promise visible before the UI appears. A real prompt around 7 s resolves to one result near 11 s and a gallery near 13.5 s; the 122 BPM grid keeps the 22–29 s colour-card break moving. Hard cuts at frames 1697 and 1951 sharpen the generation-to-payoff handoff.
