One's agent inbox launch film
A cinematic tool roll call turns into a minimalist, UI-backed launch reveal for One.
Field notes / why it works
Four rapid agent-name scenes in the first 2.5 seconds identify the audience before the unifying promise lands around 0:06.7. The film then proves two actions with UI states at 0:10.8–0:16.3, reverses to a dark pending-work beat at 0:16.3, and gives the brand a long scenic close around 0:26.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A polished horizontal launch film first names the tools its audience already knows, then unifies them with one product promise. It shifts from scenic, almost cinematic imagery to a sparse white UI stage; the product earns the promise through short, legible interactions before a quiet brand sign-off.
Why it works
- Four different agent names appear from 0:00.5–0:02.5, each against a different landscape. This selects the audience before explaining the product.
- The central promise appears by about 0:06.7, after a gridded transition and blue dots prepare a new visual system.
- The middle shows actions, not just features: a question gets answered around 0:10.8–0:12.5, voice input appears at 0:13.6, and pending agents appear around 0:19.5–0:23.
Plate 02 / Format card
| Platform · aspect · length | X · 1280×720, 16:9 · 31.5 s · 60 fps |
| Pace | 9 measured shots, 8 definite cuts; 15.2–17.1 cuts/min including the uncertain 0:26 switch. 5 internal step changes; about 24.8 picture changes/min. Mean shot 3.5 s, median 1.0 s. |
| Script | Almost entirely on-screen copy. Speech recognizer finds only 5 words: 23 wpm across the whole film, about 94 wpm while speaking; the recognition is low confidence. No narration should be required. |
| Voice | Brief, faint low-register speech or vocal sample is detected at 0:18.5 and 0:30.1; its role is uncertain. No visible presenter. |
| On screen | Four scenic footage cards in the first 2.5 s; roughly 14 s of white motion graphics and composited UI; about 6.5 s of dark UI; closing scenic brand card. |
| Captions | No karaoke subtitles. Sparse center-aligned product headlines, feature labels, UI copy, and tiny end-card URL. |
| Sound | Continuous tonal music-like bed, measured around −21.9 dBFS; likely accents at some cuts (inferred). Master measured −16.1 LUFS and −1.1 dBFS true peak. |
| Structure | Tool roll call → unifying promise → two feature proofs → unresolved-work reminder → product reveal and sign-off. |
