Why it works
The 0–3 s opening moves from a human face and category promise into product UI, while the 11.31–19.49 s proof montage establishes credibility before the long demonstrations. Shots 14, 17 and 20 give genuine interactions room to show attempt, hint and correction; shot 15 re-hooks at 43.21 s by contrasting an instant answer with coached thinking. The 129.50 s final shot turns the offer into one visible reply action.
