Why it works

The blank tile pays off as a recognizable icon around 2.5 s, using delayed recognition as the hook. Inside one measured shot, changes at frames 341, 471, 769 and 845 shift from UI proof to security, editing and group scale, while short centered claims close the story before the fade from frame 1168.
