Why it works
The first cut lands at 0:00.6, and the caller names the audience's problem by 0:03 before any pitch. The 0:14–0:45 stretch alternates readable UI, agent replies, user reaction, and quick language/context switches, so the claims get visual proof. At 0:49–1:00, the helper's identity twist reframes the whole call, followed by a short benefit card.
