Field notes / why it works

The first 1.6 seconds jump from a waiting group to an island seen from the air, making the trip legible without copy. Nineteen cuts in 30 seconds keep the experience varied, while the slower category card at 0:22.6 and phone listings from 0:25.4 turn desire into a way to find it; the strongest replay peak lands on the listings at 0:27.3–0:27.6.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A small group leaves a routine setting, discovers a striking destination, and spends most of the film living inside that experience. Only after the emotional payoff does a clean category card and phone interface show how to find a similar place in {{PRODUCT}}.

Why it works

  • The hook tells a visual story without copy: friends waiting together at 0:00 become an island seen from a plane at 0:01.6.
  • The middle supplies a new reward roughly every second: 19 cuts in 30 s, with underwater faces, a turtle, aerial water views, and a treehouse between 0:07.7 and 0:25.4.
  • The product arrives after desire is established: a plain category card at 0:22.6 and app listings from 0:25.4; YouTube’s strongest replay peak is at the listings around 0:27.3–0:27.6.
