Field notes / why it works

The direct-address opening promises a major change by 0:05 while a single animated room unfolds for almost 10 seconds. A practical funding problem at 0:10–0:27 earns the delayed product reveal near 0:48; proof of sellout and mission impact at 1:07–1:28 comes before the 1:28–1:53 showcase and final offer. The strongest replay peak at 0:15.5–0:16.8 falls on the tense setup before the day-job turn.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A friendly animated character invites the viewer into an apparent company turning point. A short origin story explains the financial or practical constraint, then reveals a tangible product as the solution. The film expands from private struggle to public impact, shows the current edition in detail, and closes with a time-sensitive offer and gratitude.

Why it works

  • The opening 0:00–0:10 makes a warm direct address and withholds the answer to what changed, while the camera opens from shoes under a desk to a colorful room.
  • The product is earned through a problem and a reveal: unpaid creative work at 0:10–0:27, an idea at 0:27–0:47, then a calendar at 0:47–0:50.
  • The sale is placed after proof of impact: sold out in hours at 1:07, improved free content at 1:20–1:28, product showcase at 1:28–1:53, offers at 1:53–2:00. The most-replayed peak is 0:15.5–0:16.8, at the tension before the “real jobs” turn.
