When Data Trackers Follow You Everywhere
A cinematic privacy ad turns online trackers into physical pursuers, then makes them vanish with one Safari tap.
Field notes / why it works
Silver-clad pursuers create a visual question in the first frame, and a short exchange identifies them by 0:07. A three-location escalation then makes the abstract privacy problem physical. The product tap at 0:21.5 causes a particle disappearance at 0:23–0:25, where the strongest replay peak falls (0:23.8–0:24.1).
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A mundane phone interaction is interrupted by a personified nuisance. A quick exchange identifies it in the first seven seconds, then a wordless series of increasingly absurd appearances makes the problem physical. A single product action at 0:21.5 triggers a visible disappearance; three spare text moments turn the gag into a benefit claim.
Why it works
- The silver figures on the user's shoulders create a visual question at 0:00 before the dialogue identifies them at 0:04–0:07.
- The premise travels through a library, lawn, campsite, and transit stop (0:00–0:20), making “everywhere” visible without more explanation.
- The product icon appears at 0:21.8; the pursuers burst into particles at 0:23–0:25. The most-replayed peak is 0:23.8–0:24.1, at that payoff.
Plate 02 / Format card
| Reference pattern | |
|---|---|
| Platform · aspect · length | YouTube · 16:9 · 35.0 s · 640×360 source analysis at 23.98 fps |
| Pace | 18 shots, 17 cuts; 29.1 cuts/min; 34.3 picture changes/min including 3 internal changes; mean 1.95 s, median 1.69 s |
| Script | 13 detected words; 23 wpm over the full film, about 123 wpm during speech; two short dialogue turns in the first 7 s; one likely false or incidental detected word at 0:33.6 |
| Voice | Brief natural, conversational character dialogue; low measured aggregate register, with moderate pitch movement |
| On screen | Live action narrative dominates; one tight phone/app insert, a practical or composited particle payoff, and sparse claim/end text |
| Captions | No running captions; white, compact sentence-case brand claims placed centrally over footage |
| Sound | Music carries the largely wordless middle; supplied credit names “Hårga-Låten” by Zero8; measured beat around 129 BPM with moderate confidence |
| Structure | 5 beats: visual question → explanation → escalating pursuit → product action/disappearance → brand resolve; no spoken CTA |
The automated “97% speech coverage” conflicts with the transcript and sheets: audible dialogue is concentrated at 0:01–0:07. Treat the rest as a music-led sequence, and verify audio when making a derivative.
