Field notes / why it works

The first 0.5 seconds pair a clear starting price with an inverted robot hero image, then a real acrobatic demonstration starts at 0:00.5. Across 11 shots, the film progresses from wide movement proof to specific claims around 0:17 and 0:46, then hardware close-ups at 1:00–1:12; comments repeatedly focus on the price.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A launch film opens with the product name, an unusually concrete entry price, and a spectacular product pose, all visible in the first half second. It then spends about a minute proving physical range through distinct locations and increasingly close views, before a short end card. The image and music carry the pitch; the copy is limited to a few factual claims.

Why it works

  • The first frame gives an immediate reason to watch: product name, $5,900 starting price, and an inverted robot against open sky (0:00–0:00.5).
  • The film shows capability instead of explaining it: acrobatics by 0:02, walking by 0:09, a weight claim around 0:17, close articulation around 0:34, and a voice/image model label around 0:46.
  • The final product close-ups at 1:00–1:12 turn the action montage into a concrete hardware reveal. Audience comments particularly reacted to the price; the strongest replay region at 1:14.7–1:15.5 is the end card, though replay intent is uncertain.
