Field notes / why it works

The first 7.4 seconds make the caregiver's physical task and airport setting legible before showing any product UI. A single 2.29-second phone insert presents the choice, then the arriving helper and calmer car interior demonstrate its consequence; the explicit statement waits until about 0:26.4.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A small, recognizable human difficulty plays out before the product appears. One phone insert at 0:08.6 gives the viewer the mechanism; a new person arriving at 0:15.4 makes the benefit tangible; a quiet end card at 0:26.4 finally states the feature. The promise is made visually by the phone choice and explicitly by the closing line.

Why it works

  • The opening 2.1-second hold stays with an overloaded caregiver and child, establishing need before explanation.
  • Only one clear UI insert is needed (0:07.4–0:09.7); the following curbside action shows its consequence.
  • The reveal is delayed until after help and relief are visible: the statement lands at 0:26.4, after roughly 24 seconds of story.
