An animated product announcement turns a free-access reveal into a character joke, then proves the feature with enlarged app UI.

Field notes / why it works

Three cuts and a question land within the first 3 seconds, followed by a large price reveal around 0:04.2, which overlaps the strongest replay peak at 0:04.4–0:05.1. Enlarged lesson UI at 0:10–0:12 and 0:29–0:36 turns the claim into visible proof, while a fresh question at 0:23 resets the conversation before the demo.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A brightly animated child rushes to tell a distracted parent some product news. A misunderstanding turns a plain announcement into a joke; the child then shows what the feature does with enlarged app UI, and the pair return for a final character punchline. The factual promise is explicit by 0:04.2, while proof arrives around 0:10–0:38.

Why it works

  • The first 3 seconds contain three cuts and a question, creating urgency before the feature is named at 0:03–0:05.
  • A large “FREE!” card appears around 0:04.2, the strongest replay peak (0:04.4–0:05.1); the benefit is legible even without audio.
  • The edit switches from skit to actual lesson UI at 0:10–0:12 and from an incorrect answer to an explanation at 0:29–0:36, so the benefit gains visual proof.
