Customer workflow story with product proof

A 41-second customer testimonial turns a meeting-visibility problem into readable product proof and a direct recommendation.

Field notes / why it works

The first-person job-stakes claim starts at 0:00, with two cuts in the first three seconds keeping a single testimonial line visually active. Meeting and notification clutter at 0:08–0:14 gives way to board and dashboard proof through 0:31, so the customer’s stated improvement has something visible behind it. A 0.52-second pause before the 0:34 recommendation and a five-second brand card give the close room to land.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A customer speaks directly to camera, opening with the personal cost of losing the product. The film moves through a specific operational problem, shows the tool solving it on screen, then returns to the customer for a confident recommendation. Its promise arrives immediately at 0:00, while the visual evidence starts at 0:10.7 and becomes a clear product view by 0:17.

Why it works

  • The first sentence makes the stakes personal before explaining features; speech begins at 0:00 and the first cut arrives at 0:00.8.
  • The visual sequence converts an abstract complaint about meetings into chaotic notifications at 0:10.7, then shows boards and dashboards from 0:14–0:31.
  • The customer returns at 0:30.9 to state the outcome, pauses 0.52 s at 0:34, and delivers a short CTA before a five-second end card.
