Starlit Green Phone Reveal
A 15-second phone launch film that moves from dark material macros to an in-hand reveal, bright hero shot, and event card.
Field notes / why it works
The product starts as a narrow green edge, then the film reveals finish and camera details before showing it in hands around 4.5 seconds. A white-background full view at 8.4 seconds supplies the visual payoff, while the 11.5–15.0 second card gives the launch details time to register. Six shots and five cuts keep the 15-second film focused on distinct product attributes.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A silent, music-led luxury product teaser lets a dark object emerge through extreme close-ups before showing how it looks in someone's hands. The promise is visual: this finish and hardware merit a second look. A clean hero shot and launch card turn that interest into a date to remember.
Why it works
- The first second withholds the full shape: only a green upper edge and part of the camera circle show against near-black. The first change is delayed until 1.75 seconds, inviting inspection.
- The 1.8–4.5 second run enlarges the small color/finish mark and lens cluster before the full hand-held view at about 4.5 seconds. It makes the reveal feel earned (inferred).
- The background flips from dark green at 8.4 seconds to a white hero shot, then a minimal event card at 11.5 seconds. The replay peak is at 14.4–14.6 seconds on the final logo, although this could also reflect end-of-video seeking.
