A Wordless Cinematic Property Tour
A 100-second, music-led home tour that turns an exterior-to-interior journey into a fast architectural montage.
Field notes / why it works
The opening holds a dark vanity for 4.76 seconds while a small credit appears, then reveals the exterior by 0:07.4 and moves inside at 0:09.8; the entry overlaps the strongest replay peak at 0:09.1–0:10.1. A brisk 70-shot sequence alternates wide rooms with material details, from dining at 0:16.7 to a bedroom at 0:40.5 and pool at 1:23.0. A 10.58-second final exterior hold lets the quick middle section resolve.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A wordless, widescreen real-estate film opens on a dim interior detail and a small production credit, then reveals the exterior and flows through public rooms, bedrooms, baths, and outdoor space. It promises the feeling of inhabiting a carefully designed home through continuous camera movement, daylight, tactile details and a rhythmic music edit; there is no feature list or spoken sales pitch.
Why it works
- The title over the vanity resolves by about 0:02, then the exterior arrives at 0:07.4 and the interior entry at 0:09.8. The most-replayed second is 0:09.1–0:10.1, right at that arrival.
- After the slower opening, most shots run about 0.6–1.4 seconds. The measured middle has 69 cuts overall, 41.2–43.6 cuts/min, while smooth camera travel keeps the space coherent.
- The film alternates room-wide views with material and styling details: dining at 0:16.7, kitchen still life at 0:18.9, bedroom at 0:40.5, bathroom at 0:53.9, and pool at 1:23.0. This keeps a single property visually varied.
