From Living Canvas to Motion Timeline

A silent product launch that reveals the editor behind an animated result, then proves the feature through controls, examples, collaboration, and handoff.

Field notes / why it works

The opening spends about 3 seconds turning an abstract bloom into a finished design, then reveals the editor and timeline around 0:04: result before mechanism. From 0:10–0:22, handles, path, easing, and completed button state form a clear cause-and-effect demo. New visual worlds at about 0:22, 0:27, 0:37, 0:51, and 1:00 refresh attention while broadening the claim from individual craft to collaboration and handoff.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A silent, music-led product announcement starts inside a finished animation, pulls back to reveal its editing interface, then tours capabilities through distinct designed examples. The promise becomes clear when the full timeline appears around 0:04 and the product name lands around 0:08; every later feature is shown doing something rather than explained in narration.

Why it works

  • The first 3 seconds turn an abstract feature into an expanding flower-like result before showing any controls. The reveal at 0:04 answers how it was made.
  • The purple sequence at 0:10–0:22 teaches motion controls, easing, and the finished button state in one continuous visual system.
  • The film refreshes context at 0:22, 0:26, 0:37, 0:51, and 1:00 with different use cases: animation styles, generated type motion, collaboration, tokens, and code handoff.

ScriptNo spoken script. Text consists of a brief product title and short labels inside demo interfaces.
VoiceNone. The transcript's four-word music cue is a recognition artifact, not a speaker.
On screenAbout 80% designed product/UI composites and 20% abstract or finished animation close-ups (estimated from sheets). No presenter.
CaptionsNo speech captions. Use UI labels, a two-word title, and short result text.
SoundContinuous music-led bed, roughly 125 BPM; no clearly established cut-synced effects; measured −13.4 LUFS, −0.3 dBFS true peak.
StructureMacro result → editor reveal → title → controls → finished result → more use cases → team/code handoff → abstract end. No explicit spoken CTA.
