A kitchen problem becomes a personal AI payoff
A 30-second domestic launch film turns two voice-assistant requests into a playful breakfast reveal and compact app CTA.
Field notes / why it works
The spoon-to-mouth opening holds without text for 2 seconds, then a small spoken problem at 0:02.1 leads naturally to the assistant request at 0:03.7. A second need at 0:24.2 turns product memory into a visible food-face payoff at 0:28.2, aligning with the strongest replay peak at 0:28.5–0:28.8. The 30-second film uses only four measured main scenes and saves branding for the final seconds.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A parent tastes an unfinished dish, consults a voice assistant while cooking, then immediately needs help with a child's breakfast. The film gives the product two jobs in one continuous home scene; the second becomes a playful, edible visual reveal at 0:28 before a brief download card.
Why it works
- A spoon-to-mouth close-up holds the first 2 seconds without branding; the human admits a small problem at 0:02.1, then asks for help at 0:03.7.
- The dialogue escalates from a practical ingredient suggestion at 0:06.1 to an imaginative texture suggestion at 0:13.5. A second need at 0:24.2 reopens the story.
- The most-replayed stretch is 0:28.5–0:28.8: the overhead plate shows a bear face made of breakfast food while the product card appears. That is the clearest physical result of the assistant's suggestion.
