Inside the Megapack Factory
A wordless manufacturing film turns factory scale, process details and quality checks into proof of a grid battery product.
Field notes / why it works
The 0:00–0:03.7 aerial and small location label establish scale before the film enters the factory. Sparse claims sit over visual proof, from welding at 0:15–0:20 to coating at 0:30–0:40 and quality checks at 1:33–1:38. The edit rises to nine cuts per ten seconds around 1:20–1:40, where the strongest replay peak also lands, then eases into shipping and a brand close.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A wordless, music-led tour follows a large manufactured product from place and people through fabrication, finishing, electronics, testing and shipping. Sparse white statements make each industrial image legible; the film lets scale and process act as proof.
Why it works
- The first 0:03.7 holds one aerial while a small location label completes by 0:00.75. Viewers can orient before the fast plant footage begins.
- Claims are paired with evidence: welding robots around 0:15–0:20, powder coating at 0:26–0:39, battery modules around 0:57–1:01, and quality testing at 1:33–1:38.
- Pace rises to nine cuts in each of 1:20–1:30 and 1:30–1:40, then releases into shipping, a grid-scale aerial and a quiet end card. The strongest replay peak, 1:33.5–1:34.7, sits in the testing sequence.
Plate 02 / Format card
| Platform · aspect · length | YouTube · 16:9 · 2:02 · source capture 640×360 at 23.98 fps |
| Pace | 61 measured shots, 60 cuts, 29.5 cuts/min; up to 49.2/min if every uncertain motion change is a cut. Mean shot 2.0 s, median 1.46 s; seven definite text or picture steps inside shots. |
| Script | No spoken script. Roughly eight short on-screen claim groups, set in one or two lines. |
| Voice | None; the workers are seen as skilled operators, never used as presenters. |
| On screen | Nearly all live-action industrial footage: aerial, plant wides, people at work, robot and component close-ups. One final brand card. |
| Captions | Small white centered fact cards, roughly 20–26 px at 640×360, close free match Inter SemiBold; no karaoke captions. |
| Sound | Continuous tonal, rhythmic music-like bed (inferred); rough tempo 121 BPM; no clear cut-synced effects. Integrated −18.2 LUFS, true peak −1.8 dBFS. |
| Structure | Place → scale → fabrication → finish → internal systems → assembly → quality → shipping → outcome → brand. No in-video CTA. |
