A Turkey's Last-Minute Getaway
A comic mascot escapes a looming holiday through a specific search query, turning a product demo into a 30-second story.
Field notes / why it works
A friendly wave holds the first 3 seconds, then the clipboard reveal at 0:03.4–0:04.0 supplies the stakes and matches the strongest replay peak. The product appears around 0:08, a specific query builds through 0:17, and the character reaches a visibly different vacation setting by 0:23–0:29. Fourteen shots and 34 picture changes per minute keep the 30-second story moving without obscuring the search action.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A charming, expressive character faces an urgent, lightly comic problem. An off-screen narrator names the stakes, the character uses a real product interface, and a fast visual jump shows the successful outcome before a short brand line.
Why it works
- The character waves at 0:01–0:03 while the narrator introduces him; the odd image earns attention before any interface appears.
- At 0:03.4–0:04.0, a wide shot adds a clipboard and pointing hand, revealing why the character needs to leave. This is the dominant measured replay peak.
- Product use begins near 0:08, leads to an answer around 0:18–0:23, and resolves into a vacation image by 0:25, giving the product a complete cause-and-effect role.
