Field notes / why it works

The money bag becomes a coin and supply-chain conveyor within 2.75 seconds, making the opening problem legible before the full sentence finishes. After 21 seconds of obstacles, the app and benefit icons arrive at the most-replayed moment, 0:24.5–0:25.5. A question at 0:53 resets attention for the three-step process, followed by numeric scale proof at 1:17 and a direct CTA at 1:29.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A flat 2D product explainer makes a financing bottleneck tangible with money icons, a conveyor, documents, and a worried business owner. It introduces the app around 0:21, turns features into animated pictograms, explains a transaction step by step from 0:53, and closes with scale proof and a branded CTA.

Why it works

  • The first five seconds turn an abstract cash-flow issue into a yellow money bag, coin, and stalled supply line; the first picture change arrives at 1.25 seconds.
  • The product appears only after roughly 21 seconds of specific obstacles, so the app card at 0:24.5 answers a problem the viewer has already seen. This is the top replayed second.
  • The explanation uses a new visual metaphor for each claim: crossed-out requirements at 0:34, money flow at 0:49, document submission near 0:57, and a world map at 1:17.
