Three Days, One Phone
A fast live-action phone launch film turns a battery claim into a day-to-night journey, then snaps into product hero cards.
Field notes / why it works
The same phone connects a bike ride, lakeside photography, and a night gathering from 0:04 to 0:17, making the duration claim feel lived rather than explained. Oversize white benefit words recur around 0:05, 0:10, and 0:17–0:20; four rapid product composites then lead into a 1.53-second black logo card. The measured edit contains 21 shots in 21.6 seconds, while movement keeps the 3.92-second opener active.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A person sets off with a phone, moves through three visually distinct activities, and reaches a lively social payoff while the same product remains in view. A large numeric endurance claim follows the journey, then rapid product hero shots lead to a clean logo card.
Why it works
- The benefit becomes visual: a bike ride at 0:04–0:06, lakeside photos at 0:07–0:12, and a night gathering at 0:12–0:17 imply extended use without a technical explanation.
- “THREE DAYS” arches over the cyclist by 0:05, then “GO 3 DAYS” appears around 0:10 and 0:17–0:20; one short claim stays legible across changing scenes.
- The product hero montage accelerates at 0:17.7–0:19.0 before a 1.53-second brand card. YouTube’s replay peak is 0:20.0–0:20.2, at that final transition.
Plate 02 / Format card
| Platform · aspect · length | YouTube · 16:9 · 21.6 s; measured source 640×360, 25 fps |
| Pace | 21 detected shots; 20 cuts, 55.5 cuts/min. Eight uncertain fast changes give an upper estimate of 77.7 cuts/min. Mean shot 1.03 s; median 0.76 s. |
| Script | Automated transcript: 21 words, 65 wpm overall, 99 wpm during detected vocal passages; nine low-confidence words. Treat it as a rhythmic chant, not dependable copy. |
| Voice | High, animated vocal fragments in a music-led mix; no sustained presenter or explanatory narration. |
| On screen | Mostly live action: one protagonist, bike, friends, phone-camera detail, party; four product hero composites near the end and a graphic logo card. |
| Captions | No conventional subtitles. Bold white uppercase benefit words, with a few red brand numerals; large words appear only at key beats. |
| Sound | Upbeat, prominent rhythmic music with vocal fragments; about 134 BPM is a low-confidence estimate. No clear cut-by-cut effects. −14.7 LUFS integrated; measured true peak near 0 dBFS. |
| Structure | Doorway hook → three-setting use journey → night escalation → rapid product/claim montage → logo stop. Payoff peaks at 0:19–0:20; no spoken CTA. |
