Customer result to workflow proof

A 46-second customer case study opens on a quantified result, then proves it with interview, workplace footage, and product dashboards.

Field notes / why it works

A boxed metric animates into the 25% result by 0:02, making the business outcome legible before the interview. From 0:14 to 0:36, meeting footage and actual-looking boards and dashboards illustrate the operator's problem and solution; a personal endorsement at 0:39 leads into a 4.8-second CTA card.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A branded result card opens with a precise customer outcome, then a calm customer operator explains the old friction and shows the product's boards and dashboards. The final endorsement becomes a simple branded trial card.

Why it works

  • The opening reveals a 25% outcome by 0:02, while the animated number counts down through larger values before settling; the viewer gets a result before any context.
  • The claim is backed by a customer interview, meeting footage, and product screens from 0:14–0:36, so the middle supplies visual evidence rather than just praise.
  • The testimonial closes with a direct, unusually confident recommendation at 0:39–0:41, followed by a legible 4.8 s CTA card.
