Gold-Faceted Perfume Reveal
A wordless CGI perfume film moves from tiny gold macro details through material transformations to a stone-set hero and monogram.
Field notes / why it works
The tiny amber detail at 0:00 withholds scale and identity, while gold macro cuts at 0:02 and 0:04 establish the product's tactile appeal before a full reveal around 0:12. A sharp pale-fabric-to-black-particle switch at 0:25 aligns with the strongest replay peak (0:24.8–0:25.4), and the long final hero shot gives the product and mark time to register.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A wordless, landscape CGI product film starts with a tiny, ambiguous gold detail on black, moves through luxurious extreme close-ups and material transformations, then reveals the full bottle in a textured setting and ends on a simple brand mark. Its promise is sensory rather than verbal: this object is worth looking at closely.
Why it works
- At 0:00–0:02, the illuminated dot grows while most of the frame stays black, making scale and identity an open question.
- The 0:02–0:07 gold macro shots make the faceted surface a recurring visual motif before the complete bottle appears around 0:12.
- The most-replayed point, 0:24.8–0:25.4, sits at the abrupt change from pale radial fabric to near-black particles; a second peak at 0:33.5–0:34.0 follows the dark stone reveal.
