From meeting to action board
A polished product film that turns a meeting into an AI-assisted project plan, then scales the demo into a teamwide vision.
Field notes / why it works
The hook moves from a single word to colorful agent portraits by 0:00.5, then resets to black at 0:01.8 to stage the reveal. A 15.51-second central passage earns the promise by showing a video call become extracted tasks, assignments, status, and schedule; seven internal changes keep that proof moving. The closing widens to people and agents at 0:28.6 before a roughly 3.7-second brand hold.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A polished, text-led product film turns an abstract work promise into one visible workflow. It starts with an unusually spare statement, introduces a cast of colorful AI agents, then shows a meeting becoming a task board before widening back out to a human-and-agent future.
Why it works
- The promise arrives in stages: one word at 0:00, a field of avatars by 0:00.5, then a direct agent invitation around 0:01.8. Each step makes the next one easier to understand.
- The middle supplies proof rather than another claim: 0:08.6–0:22.0 moves from a video call to extracted tasks, owners, status, and scheduling.
- The closing expands the specific demo into a category vision at 0:28.6–0:37.3, then leaves roughly four seconds for the logo.
Plate 02 / Format card
| Platform · aspect · length | YouTube · 16:9 · 640×360 source · 41.0 s · 25 fps |
| Pace | 11 measured shots; 10 cuts, 14.6 cuts/min; 7 internal changes; 24.9 picture changes/min; mean shot 3.73 s, median 2.53 s. The 15.51 s demo is animated throughout. |
| Script | Text-led. No intelligible spoken words measured, so spoken word count and wpm do not apply. Use short German display phrases, generally 1–5 words on headline cards. |
| Voice | None confirmed; no narrator or character voice required. Automated pitch figures conflict with the empty transcript and should not guide casting. |
| On screen | Approx. 25% agent/avatar motion graphics, 38% video-call and product interface composite, 27% kinetic type or vision graphics, 10% end card (inferred from sheets). |
| Captions | No speech subtitles; large centered statement cards and small UI labels. |
| Sound | Continuous tonal music-like bed at about −21 dBFS; roughly 114 BPM measured; −15.0 LUFS integrated, −0.3 dBFS true peak. No clear repeated cut effects. |
| Structure | Hook → agent reveal → workflow demo → broader claim → brand end card. Proof begins about 0:08.6; brand CTA begins about 0:37.3. |
