Field notes / why it works

The first 2 seconds draw an incomplete luminous outline, then the 2.0–4.1-second form reveal resolves it into an almost hairline product profile; the strongest replay window is 3.5–3.9 seconds. The later sequence moves from exposed mechanism near 7.9 seconds to opening near 15.7 seconds and a saturated blue display at 19.5–26.9 seconds, giving each claim a visible proof or payoff. The sparse text and wordless format keep attention on the physical transformation.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A wordless 35-second CGI launch film turns a glowing geometric outline into a remarkably thin device, reveals its mechanism, then opens it into a vivid viewing surface. The promise is visual before it is verbal: an unfamiliar shape becomes a believable product, then an experience.

Why it works

  • In the first 2 seconds, a single light line sketches an incomplete shape against black; the viewer waits to see what physical object it becomes.
  • The fast 2.0–4.1 s compression into an almost hairline profile supplies a clear proof image. The highest replay peak is 3.5–3.9 s, on that thin edge.
  • The film changes scale from mechanical detail near 7.9 s to a blue, feather-like screen spectacle near 19.5–26.9 s. Replay peaks also appear near 19 s and 26.7 s.

Pace4 machine-detected segments, 3 cuts (5.1 cuts/min); allowing one uncertain opening change gives 5.1–6.9 cuts/min. Mean segment 8.75 s, median 1.67 s. The 30.94 s final segment contains several visible CGI scenes, so these figures understate the perceived visual rhythm.
ScriptNo intelligible narration. About six short on-screen statements; feature labels arrive only after the relevant shape is visible.
VoiceNone. The automated transcript's isolated “You” tokens conflict with the no-speech result and are likely detection artifacts.
On screenEntirely product/CGI imagery: luminous outline, metal profile, exposed mechanism, folded and open device, luminous screen, brand end card. No people.
CaptionsNo speech captions; white, centered, sentence-case feature cards, mostly 2–6 words.
SoundContinuous tonal, music-like bed; measured tempo about 121 BPM, integrated loudness −10.4 LUFS, true peak +0.8 dBFS in the source analysis. Specific effects cannot be confirmed from still frames.
Structure6 functional beats: abstract hook → thinness proof → mechanism → opening action → screen payoff → product/brand sign-off. No spoken CTA.
