Chaos to Clarity: A 37-Second Product Demo
A live-action office burst leads into concrete template and AI workflow proof, then a held trial card.
Field notes / why it works
The static worker against a sudden office burst at 0:00.25–1.5 creates a visual question before narration begins at 2.0 seconds. The long middle section keeps earning its claims with increasingly specific UI proof: gallery at 8.4, detailed board from 10.7, and typed assistant request around 23 seconds. A human return at 28.2 resets the eye before the roughly five-second CTA card.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A calm worker sits inside an office as the environment suddenly erupts around them. A brisk voice promises a fast start, then the film uses actual interface views to show a template, a populated workflow, and an AI-assisted custom request. The live-action character returns before a stark trial end card.
Why it works
- The first 0.5–1.5 s turn a plain, symmetrical office into a chaotic visual event; the first spoken promise arrives at 2.0 s.
- From roughly 8.4–28.2 s, interface evidence replaces broad claims: gallery, template, detailed board, assistant prompt, and finished plan.
- The final 8.6 s compress the benefit, return to the human subject, and hold a black brand/CTA card for about 5 s.

| Platform · aspect · length | YouTube · 16:9 · 640×360 measured · 36.8 s · 24 fps |
| Pace | 5 measured shots; 4 cuts, 6.5 cuts/min. Three uncertain changes make an upper estimate of 11.4 cuts/min. Seven internal steps; about 17.9 picture changes/min total. Mean shot 7.36 s, median 3.5 s; the 23.8 s product section contains many interface changes. |
| Script | 89 spoken words; 162 wpm across runtime, about 197 wpm while talking; 12 short sentences averaging 7.4 words; one question. |
| Voice | Bright, confident, animated commercial narrator; no on-camera speech. |
| On screen | About 54% interface/product views, 32% office action, 14% end card, estimated from the labelled frames. |
| Captions | One small white sentence over the office at 2.5 s; subsequent words mostly live inside the interface. No constant karaoke subtitles. |
| Sound | Continuous tonal bed under speech (measured roughly 7.6 dB below voice); no consistent cut-hit pattern. −9.5 LUFS integrated, −0.3 dBFS true peak. |
| Structure | Visual disruption → promise → workflow proof → custom AI proof → human reset → trial CTA and held brand card. |
