Wind-up toy reveals a battery-focused phone
A bouncing wind-up mascot holds attention until a late, minimal phone and logo reveal.
Field notes / why it works
A toy changes pose repeatedly in the first 3 seconds despite no detected opening cuts, creating motion before any explanation. The product stays hidden until about 9 seconds, then a small white label and logo near 10.1 seconds deliver a spare reveal; that final moment overlaps the measured most-replayed point.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A cute, hand-sized wind-up animal occupies nearly the whole ad, repeatedly crouching and springing on a table. At about 9 seconds, a hard product reveal turns that playful energy into a battery message; the phone and brand mark finish the film. The product promise is supplied mainly by the title and description, which specify up to 26 hours of video playback; that number is not visible in the sampled frames.
Why it works
- Motion begins at 0:00 without an intro: the toy's changing pose creates a visual pattern interrupt inside a long first shot.
- The product is withheld for roughly 9 of 10.7 seconds, creating a simple open loop that pays off with the black phone.
- Minimal white labeling around 9.0 seconds and the white logo around 10.1 seconds make the reveal legible even without captions.

| Platform · aspect · length | YouTube Short · 9:16 · 360×640 source · 23.98 fps · 10.7 s |
| Pace | Detector: 2 shots, 1 cut, 5.6 cuts/min, 5.37 s mean shot. Sheets show an additional product scene reveal around 9 s that the detector did not count. |
| Script | No reliable spoken script. The eight-word machine transcript at 9.3–10.7 s has very low word confidence and collapsed timestamps; do not use its 343 wpm estimate. |
| Voice | No confirmed speaker; build the format to work without narration. |
| On screen | About 9 s moving physical-character footage, then about 1.7 s product beauty frame. No presenter. |
| Captions | None. Brief white product label, then white brand mark. |
| Sound | Quiet opening in the measurement; any rhythmic bed or toy effects are unverified. Integrated −16.9 LUFS; true peak −2.0 dBFS. |
| Structure | Toy action → repeated bounce/crouch → restrained product reveal → logo; no CTA. |
