Field notes / why it works

The first spoken words begin at 0:00.74 over black, and text arrives in sparse fragments around 0:01.2–2.5; the strongest replay peak is near 0:01.6–1.8. A headcount-to-device escalation turns the problem into a concrete quantity around 0:11–13, while three picture changes at 0:14.2, 0:15.8, and 0:17.4 sharpen the final problem word. The product name waits until about 0:21–22 after a pause, giving the reveal a clear payoff.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A clean horizontal motion graphic turns a small-team problem into a scale problem, then names the product as the answer. A near-black field, isolated white words, one electric-blue growth motif, and a late warm gradient give the narration visual weight without adding footage. The product reveal lands around 0:21, after roughly 20 seconds of setup.

Why it works

  • The opening leaves the screen black through about 1.2 s while narration begins at 0:00.74; the first text arrives in fragments, inviting the viewer to complete the thought.
  • Scale becomes visible: “small” sits alone at 0:01.8–2.0, then blue bars rise behind “Business” by 0:02.5. The later 50-to-150 escalation gives the abstract burden a quantity.
  • The reveal is delayed until 0:21.1–22.1, after a 0.84 s spoken pause. The replay curve also has a secondary peak near 0:20.0–20.3, immediately before that reveal.
