AI Teammates Take the Marketing Handoff
A 29-second AI work platform spot turns spoken tasks into interface actions and playful live-action metaphors.
Field notes / why it works
The 0:00–0:03 typed request gives the viewer a specific task and deadline before the first cut. Nine shots alternate legible agent actions with short literal cutaways at 0:06, 0:12, and 0:21, making an abstract AI-workflow claim easy to follow; the 0:25–0:29 brand card converts that proof into a simple team outcome.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A user speaks to AI teammates as if assigning work across a desk. A typed launch request becomes a sequence of UI responses and playful literal cutaways, then resolves in a brief team sentiment and brand card. The promise arrives by 0:03: an ambitious campaign can be delegated with a simple request and a deadline.
Why it works
- A blank command field fills character by character through 0:02.75, so the viewer reads the task as it forms before any cut.
- The task gains tangible stakes through three concrete responses: a flag image at 0:06, an agent card at 0:07–0:12, and an emergency vehicle at 0:21–0:23.
- The commercial alternates interface and live action across nine shots, ending on a compact brand card at 0:28 rather than an extended feature list.
Plate 02 / Format card
| Platform · aspect · length | YouTube · 16:9 · 640×360 source · 25 fps · 29.0 s |
| Pace | 9 shots; 8 detected cuts; 16.6–24.8 possible cuts/min; 24.8 measured picture changes/min; mean shot 3.22 s, median 1.96 s |
| Script | 59 recognized spoken words; 130 wpm across the film, 215 wpm within active speech; 11 short sentences averaging 5.4 words |
| Voice | Conversational adult user and responsive assistant archetypes; medium register; animated, matter-of-fact delivery |
| On screen | About 70% UI/composited graphic and 30% live-action metaphor by running time (estimated from sheets) |
| Captions | No conventional speech subtitles; prompts, chat replies, and agent names appear as product UI |
| Sound | Continuous tonal music-like bed, about 8.9 dB under speech; no reliable cut-synced effects; −21.8 LUFS integrated, −8.4 dBFS true peak |
| Structure | Typed assignment → status check → agent follow-up → escalation and legal routing → handoff → callback → logo; payoff 0:24–0:28 |
