Field notes / why it works

The feat is visible from 0:00, then seven rapid proof angles in the first five seconds make the claim feel tangible. A continuous 9.05-second wide view at 0:16.4 lets viewers understand the three-step motion; the 0:25–0:29 replay and recap pay off the setup. The strongest replay peak is the overhead partner card at 0:38.4–0:38.8.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A polished, widescreen branded lesson makes an unusual physical feat look both real and understandable. It opens with the subject already moving, interrupts with surveillance-style evidence, names the feat, then slows down to explain three steps before replaying the payoff and landing a brand card.

Why it works

  • The action starts at 0:00, while the narration promises a newly learned move by 0:06.2. The audience sees capability before receiving an explanation.
  • The black-and-white, timestamped proof montage cuts seven times in 0:00–0:05, then a real-match comparison at 0:09–0:13 establishes the familiar move.
  • The edit holds the wide demonstration for 9.05 s at 0:16.4–0:25.5 while small step captions explain the deceptive motion. The closing brand card at 0:37–0:39 is the strongest replay peak (0:38.4–0:38.8).
