Spline AI: From Prompt to 3D World
A music-led product launch that turns visible editor actions into increasingly elaborate 3D scenes, then races through polished examples.
Field notes / why it works
The opening shows a typed action by 0:00.75, so the bright primitives at 0:05 feel like proof rather than decoration. The examples escalate to a complete car-and-forest scene at 0:21, the strongest replay peak, then the edit quickens through eight shots from 0:39.2 to 0:57.4 to demonstrate range without narration.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A silent, music-led launch film shows a new creation tool by recording the work surface and letting increasingly elaborate outputs prove the claim. It opens on the product mark, spends roughly 40 seconds on a clear progression from simple objects to complete scenes, then accelerates into polished examples and closes on the mark.
Why it works
- The action is visible before the spectacle: by 0:00.75 the viewer sees an editor input, and by 0:05.6 it has become a cluster of 3D objects.
- Complexity grows from primitives (0:05–0:12) to a star and a car in a forest (0:17–0:23). The forest reveal at 0:21.4–0:22.0 is the strongest replay peak.
- The last 20 seconds shift from patient demonstration to quick, colour-rich examples; 8 shots run from 0:39.2 to 0:57.4 before the logo close.
Plate 02 / Format card
| Platform · aspect · length | YouTube · 16:9 · 60.0 s · measured source 640×360 at 24 fps |
| Pace | 14 shots, 13 cuts/min, 27 picture changes/min including 14 changes within shots; mean shot 4.28 s, median 2.83 s |
| Script | No spoken script. One apparent four-word transcript entry is a low-confidence music label, not audible dialogue. Short UI labels and editable demo text carry the information. |
| Voice | None; the product interface and music do the explaining. |
| On screen | Approximately 90% screen-captured 3D editor/output and 10% logo cards (inferred from shot times). No presenter or live-action footage. |
| Captions | No subtitles. UI input, scene typography, and a small brand mark replace narration. |
| Sound | Continuous electronic/cinematic music (inferred from measurements and audience comment), roughly 134 BPM; no clearly consistent cut effects; −12.4 LUFS integrated, +0.1 dBFS measured true peak. |
| Structure | Mark → basic creation → richer scene → styled text/effects → rapid finished-work montage → mark. Main proof at 0:21; no spoken CTA. |
