The Frozen Choir’s Warmth Reveal
A dialogue-light stop-motion holiday story turns a freezing choir’s struggle into a branded musical payoff.
Field notes / why it works
The wide opening establishes the cast, setting and group task by 0:03 without narration. The most-replayed moment at 0:08.6–0:09.4 is a close physical gag that makes the cold instantly clear; branded bags appear at 0:31, followed by the transformed ensemble at 0:40 and a long musical payoff at 0:58–1:06. The brand card arrives only after that result has been shown.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A word-light holiday microfilm opens on a group trying to perform outdoors, then shows the cold making the performance fail. A helper returns with branded gifts; the group becomes a better, warmer ensemble, and the brand appears as the story's resolution. The promise is visual by about 0:03: the group and its conductor are established, with the question of what will interrupt them left open.
Why it works
- The first wide view (0:00.25–0:02.5) introduces the ensemble, lit cottage, tree and conductor in one readable frame; no explanatory card is needed.
- The strongest replay at 0:08.6–0:09.4 falls on a close view of singers with frosted faces and icicles: a specific visual gag that clarifies the problem.
- Branded bags arrive at 0:31.2, but the payoff waits until the dressed choir and instruments at 0:39.5–1:04.4; the end card at 1:06.4 feels earned.

| Voice | Expressive character exclamations, if used; no narrator or spoken sales pitch |
| On screen | About 70% ensemble/character animation, 20% helper journey and product action, 10% close reaction and end card (approximate from shot sheet) |
| Captions | None over the story; a single designed brand card at 1:06.4 |
| Sound | Continuous music-like bed, rough beat around 150 BPM (low-confidence measurement); character and action sounds carry the scene (inferred). Integrated −20.2 LUFS, true peak −7.0 dBFS. |
