A workday cleared through three file demos
A silent desktop demo turns a crowded calendar into a deck, spreadsheet and redlined document, then a free afternoon.
Field notes / why it works
The calendar fills in the first 3 seconds, making workload visible before any explanation. Three distinct requests resolve into recognizable PPTX, XLSX and DOCX outputs around 0:27, 0:51 and 1:19; the attachment handoff at 0:09.9–0:10.9 is the most replayed moment. The final team message at 1:27–1:39 turns completed tasks into a relatable reward: time back.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A wordless desktop demo turns an overloaded calendar into three concrete, downloadable work products: a slide deck, a spreadsheet and a redlined document. The final calendar and team message turn the product claim into a human payoff: useful work finished early, with room for life afterward.
Why it works
- The opening calendar becomes visibly crowded by 0:03 without an explanatory title; viewers recognize the problem before seeing the product.
- The handoff at 0:09–0:11 and output previews at about 0:27, 0:51 and 1:19 repeatedly close the loop between request and finished file. The file handoff overlaps the highest replay peak, 0:09.9–0:10.9.
- The 1:27–1:39 team message provides an emotional payoff beyond productivity. Comments specifically react to the lunch invitation and the relaxed music.
Plate 02 / Format card
| Platform · aspect · length | YouTube · 16:9 · 1:39 · source analyzed at 640×360, 30 fps |
| Pace | Detector: 1 continuous visual composition, 0 confirmed cuts, 13 major UI changes, about 7.9 detected changes/min. Many small calendar and text animations happen between those changes. |
| Script | No spoken script or narration. User requests and assistant progress are conveyed by UI text. The automated 8-word transcript is a music false positive. |
| Voice | None; no visible speaker. The human presence is a worker's typed request and a casual team message. |
| On screen | Nearly 100% designed or screen-recorded UI: calendar, assistant chat, generated file cards, app previews and message composer. |
| Captions | None. Product UI text carries the story; task prompts are short and set in readable chat cards. |
| Sound | Continuous relaxed instrumental bed, described as lo-fi in a top comment; no reliable evidence of voice or discrete effects. Measured −12.8 LUFS integrated, −2.2 dBFS true peak. |
| Structure | 8 visual beats: overloaded calendar → attach context → deck → calendar → spreadsheet → calendar → document → reclaimed time. First finished artifact appears around 0:27; last payoff at 1:34–1:39. |
