A customer workflow story built around visible proof
A 46-second customer case study moves from a count-up statistic to interview pain, real product boards, and a direct endorsement.
Field notes / why it works
The first 3 seconds animate a verified-scale claim from 33% to 61%, then resolve it with the product name before the first cut at 5.64 seconds. At 0:13–0:19, meeting and cluttered-workflow imagery make the customer's visibility problem specific; from 0:19–0:36, actual boards and dashboards show the solution as it is described. The 0:39 human recommendation feels earned after that proof.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A 46-second widescreen customer case study opens with a large adoption statistic, then lets a customer operator describe a specific work problem and the operational result. The proof shifts from interview to meetings and product screens before returning to the customer for a direct recommendation.
Why it works
- The first three seconds show an animated 61% claim above a rolling client-logo strip; the source and scale appear before the story begins.
- The pain is concrete by 0:13–0:18: many meetings and poor visibility into their outcomes, illustrated by people at work and overlapping windows.
- From 0:20 onward, actual board and dashboard views make the claimed visibility legible; the 0:39 recommendation follows the demonstrated workflow.
