Presenter-led Replit Agent live build

A founder-led product announcement turns into a real app-building walkthrough with an editable plan, live UI, phone use, and deployed result.

Field notes / why it works

The presenter makes the pain specific by 0:18, then moves into a live build around 0:39; the strongest replay peak at 0:41–0:43 coincides with the demo opening. The editable plan, map result around 1:13, phone use at 2:14, and final working app around 3:06 turn the launch claim into a sequence of visible proofs.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A product leader starts with a broad promise, immediately names the tedious work still blocking that promise, then announces a tool and builds a small, tangible app on screen. The viewer sees a plan, an editable request, progress, a working result, deployment, and a short availability close.

Why it works

  • The first 24 seconds turn a general AI claim into concrete friction: environment, dependencies, database, and sharing. The announcement is an answer to a named problem.
  • The proof starts around 0:39; the strongest replay peak is 0:41–0:43, where the product demo begins. The screen visibly changes as the presenter describes the plan, edit, progress, and result.
  • A second use case at 2:14 (starting on a phone), followed by code ownership at 2:34 and the working app at 3:06, extends the claim beyond one happy-path prompt.
