Field notes / why it works

A device and two-line promise appear within the first second, then the 0:11–0:25 drawings make disconnected tools and channels visible before the connected-system reveal at 0:28–0:33. The apparel journey at 0:55–1:30 and café journey at 1:36–1:55 convert platform features into specific customer outcomes; 31 internal graphic changes sustain the 153-second explanation with only one hard cut.

Plate 01 / The format in one breath

A calm, continuous voice explains a fragmented commerce workflow, replaces it with a unified product, then proves the claim through two illustrated customer stories. The drawings change one element at a time on a pale background, so an abstract promise becomes a sequence of visible actions and outcomes.

Why it works

  • The opening promises one connected system by 0:04; the device is already visible around 0:00.25, giving the abstraction a product-shaped anchor.
  • The problem is built visually: disconnected checkout hardware at 0:11–0:17, then physical and online selling separated at 0:21–0:25. The solution literally occupies the center between them at 0:28–0:33.
  • Two different examples, apparel at 0:55–1:30 and a café at 1:36–1:55, turn feature claims into customer outcomes before the 2:22 CTA.

ScriptJapanese narration throughout; automated transcript: 594 tokens, 246 tokens/min overall, 317 while speaking; Japanese ASR segmentation makes these figures unsuitable as literal cross-language word targets
VoiceBright, high-register adult Japanese narrator; precise, friendly, energetic without shouting
