Raycast Pro presenter-to-UI launch film
A paid-tier announcement that shifts from a rapid feature-card montage to calm, concrete interface demonstrations and a price reveal.
Field notes / why it works
The presenter names the paid upgrade by about 0:02, then a dense 0:10–0:29 sequence of 18 short shots previews the feature set. The later walkthrough repays that preview with visible settings, theme changes, clipboard options, and code examples (0:38–1:55), before a legible pricing comparison at 2:06.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A calm, seated product representative announces a paid upgrade in the first two seconds. A 19-second, music-led burst of feature names and UI glimpses establishes breadth, then the same voice walks through each benefit over actual interface footage, ending with availability, price, and a direct URL.
Why it works
- The offer is explicit by 0:03, before any abstract brand film; the presenter holds eye contact in a simple desk setup.
- From 0:10 to 0:29, 18 short shots turn five feature categories into a quick visual menu; the fastest shot lasts 0.33 seconds.
- The second half pays off the menu with visible UI proof: sync settings at 1:01, theme variants at 1:08–1:18, clipboard retention at 1:29, and price cards at 2:06.
