A speech-free launch film that moves from tiny text and tactile macros to a long full-product hold.
Field notes / why it works
The opening holds on black for 2.84 seconds with one tiny line, then cuts to tactile details before showing the complete device at about 0:15.4. Replay peaks at 0:04.9–0:05.2 on the keys and 0:20.3–0:20.6 during the long full-product hold suggest viewers inspect the object itself. Short white text cards separate the visual proof without narration or dense feature copy.
Plate 01 / The format in one breath
A nearly silent, gallery-like announcement that presents an object as the answer to a small opening promise. It withholds the complete product until 0:15.4, using a black opening card, two tactile macro views, two white benefit cards, and an angled partial reveal first.
Why it works
- The opening stays black for 2.84 seconds, with a tiny centered phrase fading in during the first second. That makes the abrupt, bright macro at 0:02.8 feel like an event.
- The first two close-ups reveal edges and controls, not the whole device. The strongest replay peak at 0:04.9–0:05.2 lands on the tactile button macro.
- The full-width product arrives around 0:15.4 and holds roughly 6.6 seconds before another text card at 0:22.0. The long hold lets the audience inspect the design; a second replay peak at 0:20.3–0:20.6 falls within it.
